Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipping, all applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid for Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

What is Secure Delivery with OTP?
Milagrow’s delivery with OTP (One-time password) adds an extra layer of security to your packages. It is a six-digit number sent to your registered mobile number when the package is Out for Delivery. It is valid until the end of the delivery day.
Will I get OTP for the delivery of all my orders?
No, only selected products on www.milahrowhumantech.com will require an OTP for successful delivery.
I didn't get the OTP, where can I find it?
You will receive the OTP in your SMS or Email Messages. You can also find the OTP in the tracking details of your order. If you are unable to locate the OTP at the time of delivery, request the delivery associate to resend it to your registered mobile number.
When shall I share the OTP with the Delivery Associate?
Share the OTP with the delivery associate in person at the time of Delivery Only. Do not share the OTP over the phone. If you are not available to receive the package, you can share the OTP with someone you trust, so they can receive the package. We don't recommend sharing the OTP with an unknown person. If no one is available to receive the package, we will reattempt the delivery on the next working day.
Your order might be marked 'undelivered' if there were issues with the order, and it will be returned.
I placed an order for someone else. How will they get the OTP?
If you placed an order for someone else or if this is a gift order, you can provide the recipient's mobile number while placing the order. This will ensure that the recipient receives the OTP at the time of delivery. In case the recipient is unable to find the OTP, they can request the delivery associate to retrigger the OTP to the recipient's phone number.
What to do if I find a discrepancy in the product delivery?
Any discrepancy, damage, or issue related to product delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims raised after this period shall not be accepted, and the company shall bear no responsibility thereafter.
